Do you have trouble organizing notes and other important papers? Well, in this
issue we have a wonderful solution that will display these papers in a visually appealing
manner: a magnet board made from an antique painted metal tray.
Collect your materials: hot glue gun, picture-hanging fixture, and painted metal
tray. The trays can be found at any antique store with a variety of different motifs.
Take the metal tray and mark where on the back of the tray the picture-hanging
fixture should be placed.
Use the hot glue gun to affix the picture-hanging fixture to the back of the
tray.
- Find some fun magnets, place the board on the wall, and you now have a new
organizational aid.
You can even make your own magnets by mod-podging images to the back of fl at
glass marbles and then affixing the marble to a magnet.
